Our Future Has a History

Innovation and adaptability are essential even in an increasingly uncertain global environment. The wars in Ukraine and the Middle East are affecting markets and supply chains worldwide. This makes it all the more important to remain proactive. Our sales teams recently faced the challenging task of successfully raising prices—sometimes by more than 50 percent. To find out how they pulled off this feat, see page 14.

Proactive measures are also needed at the PCH facility in Leverkusen. Flame retardants play an important role in safety, but at the same time, new EU regulations are changing the regulatory landscape. The teams therefore develop alternatives early on and push ahead with innovations even before new regulations take effect. You can find out how they are driving this change starting on page 18.
