Dear Colleagues,

Embracing new ideas and ways of thinking, being open to change – after about a year of Business Excellence, much has been achieved here at LANXESS. And not only when it comes to what we’re doing, but also how we’re doing it. For this special edition of our employee magazine, we spoke to many fellow employees who have already launched a number of great projects in the five Streams, and we will be presenting these to you on the following pages (starting on page 6). 

We also asked our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Oliver Stratmann how a new mindset at LANXESS is reinforcing the focus on a positive, growth-oriented view, and how each and every employee can contribute to this (page 7). 

Speaking of a new spirit that everyone in the company will feel, Roy van Griensven also has a few things to say. He is the new head of Commercial Excellence and in an interview with Xpress, he talks about his vision for our company (page 8).
